Aloha!
It has been a long time coming and is still a work in progress but I have worked out the entire program and TMP will help me continue to improve on this effort. The goal of the BCC is simple: Develop Competent Catch Wrestlers.
I will be updating the site heavily next week over my break from work. For now register at the forum and get some conducive discussion going!
